This visa allows you to own, manage and conduct business activities in Australia, and mainly for people with business skills.
Basic Requirements:
- Must have been nominated for this visa by an Australian state or territory government agency.

- Score at least 65 on the points test
- Have at least a functional English level
- Have a successful business career
- Must be younger than 55 years old.

- Not have been in unacceptable business activities

Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) – Subclass 888
This visa option lets you continue your business activity on the Business Innovation and Investment visa, which allows you to work and stay in Australia Permanently
Requirements:
- Be a holder of this visa
- Must have been nominated for this visa by an Australian state or territory government agency.
- Own a business fully or partially
- Annual turnover of more than AUD $300,000
- Have at least a functional English level
- Have followed Australian Laws (Commonwealth laws, the laws of the states or territories where your business operated)
- Meet the residence requirement
- Not have been in unacceptable business activities
- Meet our health requirement
- Meet our character requirement
- Have a realistic commitment to continuing business activities
- Sign the Australian values statement
- Have no debt to the Australian government
- Not have had a visa cancelled or a previous application refused
